Newport Squash Club is run as a key club with all members having card access to the courts. Reservation for courts are made through the club's web site or on the club's onsite computer. There will be no employee on site to assist with reservations or to set up games. The web site has a Bulletin board where members can post notes for items such as league information or request for games.

The Club's year is from September 1 to August 31 with membership being offered for full year, half year (February 1-August 31) or monthly (summer season). The rates are on the membership page. The court fees and club charges will be billed out semi-annually.
